Even before my initial appointment, the staff at Magnolia Mediclinic have been nothing short of amazing. The reception ladies are always very approachable, helpful and friendly, and really understand the meaning of customer service. Then, my nurse Radji has been just incredible. She is always professional and makes sure I am completely comfortable with the treatment being performed, explaining the procedures in detail. She understands that sometimes less is more (!) and thankfully, hasn’t been in a rush to make changes, but rather, has adopted a more natural approach to my treatments. Plus she is hilarious :) I have no hesitation in recommending Magnolia to anyone who wants to freshen up their look and feel better about themselves <3
