Sam and all the team go above and beyond with service, communication and support. They are professional, kind and caring. You are treated with the utmost respect and their personal approach makes you feel like you are more than just a number. The clinic is of the highest of standards with lovely décor and excellent facilities. The entire 'Magnolia Clinic Family" make all procedures so easy and the follow up care is above and beyond. Highly recommend this outstanding team!

I had waited for years before committing to a person or clinic for my skin as I was so worried about being talked into something I didn’t need or that wouldn’t suit my particular skin. I am so glad I was referred by a friend to Magnolia Mediclinic as I felt immediately at ease, talking in depth about options & procedures with extremely experienced clinicians. I am now a client for life!

Had my second PRP treatment with Monique, very messy drawing of blood, didn’t listen to me when I said use the outside vein so she dug around on the inside one for a bit. After successfully drawing blood the needle retracted and spurted blood everywhere. I told her how the first treatment was traumatic due to a similar experience with drawing blood. Monique said nothing to put my mind at ease nor was she apologetic. I had to go to the bathroom as I thought I was going to throw up. Prior to and during treatment (PRP is not supposed to be pleasant) she didn’t offset that by trying to relax me. The treatment felt rushed, I asked for a recommendation for post care serum and she was in such a hurry to get me out the door she didn’t. It’s so disappointing as the clinic itself and most staff, especially Sam are wonderfully pleasant. So sad that due to those two bad experiences I unfortunately won’t be returning.
