So upset that my experience at this salon did not meet my expectations. I have never hated my hair as much as I do after my haircut here. I literally hate looking in the mirror. Hairdresser took way too much off then I asked for and has left me with a bob up to my chin when I said I wanted it just off my shoulders. The layers she gave me have given me a circular hairdo that makes me feel like season 2 Monica Gellar after Phoebe cuts her hair The hairdresser I had felt very inexperienced. So, so disappointed.

Lovely, welcoming staff at The Hive, love my new cut & colours. I think I’ve finally found my new salon after my previous hairdresser retired.

Was a lovely salon to walk into. The girls were very helpful and I managed to get in straight away with the apprentice for a wash and blow dry. Would have been nice to have a head massage with the conditioner and I felt it was a little rushed but was very happy with the outcome and my hair looks great. The main staff seemed very professional and I booked another appointment for the following week as I was happy with the service.

Tarryn is always so accommodating for our family. Always gives great advice. We all love going to HIVE. I witnessed some training also, a lovely approach with her staff.

This was my first visit to Wave Lengths. My stylist made me feel welcome. She was so professional and was very patient with me, as I wasn't sure what I was wanting to have done. Her advice was much appreciated and I am thrilled with the final result. I rebooked a follow up appointment before I left the salon.

Always great customer service. Great cut and expert colour choices. My favourite place. Taryn is an excellent manager and constantly mentoring her staff.
