I love going to this salon. I am able to get my hair and beauty treatments all at one time in the one salon. Perfect for me. Since I have been visiting Eloura Lifestyle Salon and Spa my hair condition has dramatically improved.

I love Eloura! Especially Kylie. I came to Eloura after having a very traumatic experience with a salon down the road and was just about to give up entirely when a girlfriend recommended the Salon. After going in and explaining the situation (plus showing them the situation!), getting a consult with the team, Kylie just put me at ease. She knows what she is talking about and now being a loyal customer and total advocate of Eloura Surry Hills for over a year, there is just nowhere else I would go. Ive taken my mother there also, who suffers extreme reactions to 'normal' hair products & dyes, she didn't get any reaction! I love everything about Eloura. If the fact that they use Aveda products, being 94% naturally derived isn't enough, they also give you their signature head massage with your choice of oils, prior to them even touching your hair! They also give you a reflexology hand massage while the colour is developing - I do love a good massage! Why I am such a loyal customer to Eloura? It has to come down to the fact that Kylie is a very, very experienced hair dresser, she also teaches at TAFE NSW in developing our hairdressers for the future, so she knows what she is talking about! I have so much trust in her and she does an amazing job every time! Thanks to the team at Eloura and the wonderful Kylie, totally saved my hair!!

The woman who provided the massage is one of the best I've experienced. I prefer firm massages and I've had practitioners who are too soft. This woman had the perfect touch.
