I felt very relaxed and safe when Joe was doing my hair. I have never trusted hairdressers, however, he put me a ease an I felt comfortable with letting him cut my hair without really giving him too much direction! The atmosphere was very relaxing as well, not like some other salons where there is too much noise and too much talking!
