although madeline was very nice I did wonder if she knew what she was doing with regards to putting up hair. I felt that the style that I ask for should have been fairly straight forward but took 1 1/4 hours. where previously I have had maria and a more complicated style and it took less time.

Didn't feel happy with my cut. I requested getting the weight taken out of it and received a cautious approach and don't feel like there was much change. I will be going to a new salon next time. Abby

The gentleman I who did my hair was nice, but late to arrive at his workplace (I got to the salon for a 10am appointment to find it closed), and I was rather unhappy with the end result of the style I had requested.

I am always happy with the colour and cut I receive and I find the staff there lovely however I am regularly disappointed with the head massages and I feel that for the price of the colour and cut a good head massage should be included!! Today, I again barely received a head massage even after I said to the girl "this is the best bit!" It's really disappointing. I'm happy with the finished product but it would be a much nicer and relaxing experience if there was a relaxing head massage and I didn't want to trouble anyone by mentioning it at the time.

What I need to remember to ask and do * Request a quote for what is to be done * Refrain from buying products * $260 for cut, colour, blow dry ? (Short hair, no foils, told roots only last time) Yes I need to ask more about pricing system!

Maddy does my colour and Gino my cut. Both are extremely professional, efficient and of the highest quality. The girl who was "supposedly" making me a cup of tea forgot. It is a long way to go from the mirror area to the kitchen so I guess it is hard to remember she was to make a cup of tea when she had colleagues to chat to. She then also washed and put a treatment on my hair. Usually I have a head massage with the treatment, but not from her, although I did note again she had time to chat to work mates. I would say her wash was minimal too.
