The Magical Maddie as always was charming, informative and attentive. She is the most communicative hairdresser that I have ever had has a great sixth sense about what you want. She is the reason I keep coming back. I do however worry about her height vs the salon chairs - would be good from a OH&S perspective if the client chairs were adjustable to the height of the stylist. Your basin chairs are fantastic and comfortable.;

Maddie is phenomenal. She listens to me and takes the time to figure out what suits my hair. And she's a lovely person to chat to.

I find Maddy to be particularly efficient and a lovely balance between friendly and chatty without being overly intrusive. She is also very quick at her job.
