Shahin and Kunal Joshi have been a team in the beauty industry for 11 years, working in the busiest shopping centre in Perth. Originally operating under a franchise system, Shahin and Kunal both felt that they could offer more to their clients and the industry by operating under their own brand. And so Bang on Brows was born.
What makes them such a great team? Both are dedicated to providing their customers with the ultimate salon experience. Shahin manages the salon and training, with Kunal bringing his management, sales and marketing skills to the mix. Together they lead an engaged, loyal and dedicated team of staff who deliver quality and consistency to every Bang on Brows client.
Over the past 11 years Shahin has shaped and enhanced more than 80,000 brows. She has also trained more than 70 staff in brow shaping and other brow and lash services.
Shahin and Kunal pride themselves in providing high-end services which are reasonably priced. The Bang on Brows team is highly experienced and well educated in both product and service knowledge. Shahin is dedicated to educating her team and stays up to date with industry innovation and best practices.

This was the worst salon experience I have ever had. I specifically requested my brows to be tinted cool brown, however they turned out warm red. The eyebrow stylist was confused because the tint should not have done it. She tried to fix it but unfortunately it was unable to be fixed. After removing as much of the tint as possible I now have light orange brows. When I explained that I did not want to pay for the tint (I would happily pay for the wax etc), I was told that I would have to pay because the service was performed - even if I didn’t ‘like’ it. I understand these things happen, but I should not have to pay for my eyebrows to be tinted incorrectly. When I challenged this (politely) the salon manager became rude, aggressive and referred me to the phone number for management. While waiting on a call back from the business head office the salon manager CALLED SECURITY! I am absolutely appalled and my treatment. I am a calm, educated, professional adult and I cannot believe that security was called (even they could not believe they were called!). I will NEVER go to Bang On Brows again and will be spreading this story far and wide. AVOID at all costs.
