On the high price of life for my daughter's haircut but everyone made her feel welcomed, comfortable and relaxed which was amazing. Was a great way to treat my daughter and have some time together.

I made the mistake of going to another salon for a balayage refresh, and was left with a completely different blonde band on the top half of my hair where the regrowth was. I saw Renee at Convict Cutters, who worked some major magic on my hair and made it look amazing again! I am SO happy with my hair and will always come back. A lovely experience all round. Thank you!!!!!

Super friendly salon with clean, comfortable setting. Haircut was great and stylist lovely. Only a few minor issues - one was that at the basin there was no massage as advertised (which is usually a favourite part of the experience!). When blow-drying, a brush was not used, just hands and blow dryer which doesn't give as nice a finish/as bouncy and not what I've experienced in any other blow dry. During styling my hair in curls I was straining to keep my head straight as the stylist pulled very hard with the appliance. My curls also were ok. I had to ask for hairspray as I knew they would drop quickly without it and then hair wasn't brushed out. When I brushed out hair at home to make curls look nicer I noticed the bottom layer was quite flat. Overall okay experience.
