I am always made to feel very welcome and the service I receive is personalised. All the staff present with a positive friendly demeanour which is critical in the service industry. While I find prices slightly more expensive than I would prefer, I am happy to pay what I do for the service I receive and how I am made to feel while I am there. Always a totally positive experience.

I have been a client at Convict Cutters for two years now and have always been impressed with the professional and friendly service that they provide. It is a complete package from the time they answer the phone to book your appointment to the time you walk out of the salon with your hair style complete, the service is of the highest standard I have ever received. I recently dramatically changed my hairstyle, they gave me lots of advice and spent time with me to ensure that I would be happy with the final result. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional hair stylists.

I enjoy my experience with Convict Cutters. They make me feel relaxed, special and are very friendly. They have been trained by the very best of my knowledge and I don't mind the staff making decisions for me. I feel very confident in their work.

After receiving my colour I was taken to the very comfortable massage chair for a rinse and head massage .During this stage i had been at the salon for 2 hours and when my head was placed back for the rinse after around 10 minutes it was becoming painful in my neck from the basin.Once the cushion was placed there it was fine.However it just took too long to rinse the colour compared to the time it normally takes.I didn't feel comfortable to say this to my regular hair dresser which I know if I had have she would have told me that she would see too it that the young lady was coached so as this wouldn't happen to another client.

hi The colour was better than i already had , but a toner and a better conditioner would have made my hair feel a little softer and better the next, day. too much hair was cut and thinned, afterall it is going into winter. and the last time I had cut and colour it was 165 the 205 was too much and not worth it, i will be going to another salon.
