I have completed this on the assumption that 10 is excellent and 1 is bad. I couldn't see a code as to what the scale was. Service is always above and beyond what is expected. A credit to the owners, management and staff.

I wish to thank Robert and Leah for my beautiful colour. Robert took the time to explain several colour options to me using photographs as examples. He then selected several colours that collectively were to give me the effect I was looking for (warm chocolate/chestnut brown). Leah then applied the colour. I felt privileged to have both a highly experienced senior stylist and a vibrant and competent young hairdresser providing me with excellent advice and service. I'm thrilled with my beautiful rich warm brown colour that I had hoped for (a big ask given that I came in with bleached blonde hair). I would strongly recommend Convict Cutters to friends and family.

My experience is almost always very positive, the environment is friendly and the staff obviously well trained; my only criticism is that I often feel as though I am left sitting far longer than necessary! I have recommended Convict Cutters to numerous people.

Georgina did my hair because Kendall has left. Although I miss Kendall Georgina is an excellent hairdresser.
