Gemma is a "Gem" @ Arc..... Everyone there is really lovely and friendly and the salon is beautifully fitted out to make the experience very enjoyable....Excellent attention to details - enjoyed reading up to date magazine, delicious coffee and having a happy person serve me that is not rushed off their feet!!

These guys are amazing. Brooke managed to get my hair from a straight black to a beautiful chocolate brown, improving its condition in the process. Best hairdresser I have been to.

My first time at Arc and Brooke and Gary made me feel totally welcome and relaxed. They were both very helpful and and took the time to discuss my options - no rush or pressure!! Loved the finished look and can't wait to return. Great experience - thank you.

This salon is great. Try it for yourself. I'm hooked. The staff are genuinely friendly and interactive without being "in your face". They are very good at what they do, with specialists for cutting, colouring or extensions. Their hair washing basins are beyond comfortable, and you can drift up into the starry starry night whilst you comtemplate your new look. (relaxing lighting on ceiling). If you have had a bad hair extension experience (as I have had previously), the quality of Hollywood Hair they work with is simply divine. Prices are to be expected, but are certainly not over the top. I made the switch to these guys after 12 years of loyal patronage to another salon, and I'm very happy. They don't rush you, but you are not left sitting for hours. I'd recommend you try an after 6pm experience with a friend - sip a champagne and gossip while you're getting beautiful hair. The whole wine bar concept is simply decadent as well!, should you so choose to imbibe.

A great new salon! The staff at Arc are extremely professional and offered very good advice regarding products to suit my hair type. The condition of my hair has improved noticeably since going to Brooke and the team! :)
