Excellent experience as always at Phoenix. Alda is a hairdresser who listens to what you want and also gives great advice based on her expertise. Lovely environment. Martika's hair wash and head massage was the best! Thank you.

Had a blow dry with Alda and am very pleased with the results. Alda listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I'd asked for, would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Great salon my only concerns were starting nearly half an hour after my appointment time and overall time in salon for half head of foils, trim and blow dry (by two people!) was close to 4 hours. Too long unfortunately.

So happy with my visit to Phoenix, and the cut. Sammy (I think that was her name) was professional and gave me an amazing cut. I have very long thick wavy hair and she was able to style it into a lovely modern shoulder length style. Looking forward to my next visit.
