I was lucky enough to be given a free sh/bwave voucher from the lady in the clothing store across the road. I hwas treated to a wonderful shampoo/massage + blow-wave. Only downside was the brush scratched the very centre of my forehead removing skin. This was a little unfortunate given it was my son's graduation day. The 1.5cm long scratch took several days to heal. However, the lady that looked after me was just lovely [I'm sorry I can’t remember her name] and the overall salon experience was well above average because of her skills.

I love the service you offer. I love the staff and the salon. You do a great job with my hair and have always. I do struggle a little with how much Im charged and would come more often and refer more business if it wasn't so expensive.

I thoroughly enjoy my experience every time I come to see Meghan. she does an excellent cut on my hair. sometimes I think the music is too loud - would be much more relaxing if you have "dinner type " music instead of head bangng music. You may also consider asking clients not to bring small children with them, mother stressed, staff stressed, other clients stressed. We come to have a relaxing experience and music certainly contributes to this. Your staff are lovely. when I stop working I will not be able to afford your services, but I will enjoy coming to see you until that time. regards, Sandra Johnston
