The only other feedback I have is that my phone number was entered incorrectly into the system - in from NZ and the number had been entered as an Australian mobile number - so I didn’t receive any communication to notify me the time of my appointment had been changed by half an hour or a confirmation message. However, Laura was wonderful and was able to accommodate me and I am very happy with the results of her work too.

Girls are always very friendly and try to be as accomodating as the booking schedule allows- only bug bear would be how hard it is to sometimes get an appointment out of hours ie Thursday night Saturday morning for laser and injectables

I see Emma for my injections every 4 months and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
