The service felt rushed and stressful , first experience I had with Karina for my signature facial was incredible and amazing but my service today with Catherine was super stressful and unrelaxing. She wasn’t going to do an arm massage until I mentioned that I experienced it the first time and asked if I get it this service and she only did it at the very end just after I said it and before she finished . She rushed the whole service and left me alone at one point to get some products mid way through the service. As someone who works in the hair and beauty industry I believe you should be giving your client love and affection through the whole service and stay with them the whole time and never make them feel alone or rushed or an inconvinence to your day . She was also loud as she was working with products and the stool moving around making it hard to focus and relax instead of listening to what was happening around me unsettling me .. other than that I enjoyed coming into Ella bachè the first time with Karina … very relaxing .. this time was a little disappointing x
