Just love the way Sam has always made me feel supported and ready to discuss options about skin care. She is very honest about what will and won't give the results I might desire at nearly 60. With no pressure to choose either way. I love that she has worked hard to find the perfect colour for my brows to make sure my silver hair doesn't make me look washed out. We have a regular monthly appointment that keeps my skin looking great and leaving very relaxed each time. She'll chat if I want to chat, or leave me to doze if I just want to chill. All the other staff I have dealt with show the same calm, courteous, professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ella Bache Gladesville.
