While the atmosphere of the salon was very welcoming and friendly, I was not overly impressed with my treatment. I booked in for an eyebrow shape/wax and before the appointment got started I wasn't asked about what shape I wanted nor given any recommendations. I was very disappointed in the end result as I feel like i could have achieved it on my own at home. Will not be going back unfortunately.
